Most definitely. Come learn Yoga step by step with NeSonya Parker’s methodical, tested methods, in a safe and effective yoga class.

The four-week series of classes was designed for new yoga students of all fitness levels, including those who have never set foot on a yoga mat. NeSonya will teach you all of the basic yoga poses in a step-by-step process with other beginners, to ensure you receive the best education possible.

Each week builds on what was learned the previous week, so by “graduation day” you will feel more comfortable in any group yoga class.

Anyone can do yoga with the right attitude and the right instructor. If you are new to Yoga, start with our Basic Classes. These sessions are geared towards the beginner and will be toned down to meet their needs.

Beginner yoga classes are ideal for those who have injuries or who have been away from their mats for a while. As you learn or relearn the proper foundation for each pose “from the ground up”, you can return to your practice with newfound knowledge and ease.

If you’re looking to advance to faster classes later on, you’ll be ready when the time comes.
